For just $15 more per room, we provide our complete, premium service. This includes a deep, commercial-grade dry vacuuming pass using high-efficiency HEPA filtration to pull out the sharp, deeply embedded grit and pet hair that residential vacuums leave behind.

Important Note on Clutter: Regardless of which option you choose, we kindly ask that all carpets are clear of large trash, loose debris, or excessive clutter before we arrive. Homes requiring extensive manual debris clearing or trash removal by our team will be subject to an on-site preparation fee or may need to be rescheduled.

Thanks to our commercial-grade high-vacuum extraction process, most carpets dry within 4 to 8 hours depending on humidity, indoor airflow, and the carpet fiber thickness. Keeping your thermostat set to a comfortable temperature or running ceiling fans will speed up the process significantly.

We kindly ask that you clear the areas to be cleaned of smaller items like toys, shoes, electronics, and breakable decorations. For large, heavy furniture pieces (such as massive entertainment units, heavy beds, or large dressers), we safely clean right up to the edges and around them. If there are light items like dining chairs or side tables you would like cleaned underneath, moving them out of the room before arrival ensures we can maximize our deep-extraction coverage.
