Carpet Cleaning Process

Hot Water Extraction (HWE) is our default method for carpet cleaning. To guarantee our high service quality, we follow the following steps by default. We will decide with a client whether the optional steps are necessary or not after carpet inspection.

• Vacuum cleaning area with HEPA vacuum to remove as much dry soil as possible. We usually ask clients to do it by themselves. We can do it for an extra charge.
• Pre-spray cleaning solution to carpet. We will carefully choose the type of solution depending on your carpet type.
• Agitate sprayed area to maximize soil dissolution. (optional)
• Use hot water extractor with all fiber rinse solution to rinse carpet and extract out dirty water. We use either Rotovac Monsoon 500 or Bissell Big Green.
